He Ying and Sao go missing after falling into the sea during the showdown on Tsing Ma Bridge. May searches for He Ying but then has to hide in her friend's home because the paparazzi are following her. When He Ying is finally found, he goes in search of the Golden Wheel of Time with Yuanlong and Niehu. He Ying believes Yuanlong's every word as the latter talks of how he has been looking for them after being defrosted 18 years earlier. He Ying is unaware that he is being led by them to a trap.
