Simran(Neha Sharma) is a young beautiful girl struggling to find a foothold in big, bad Mumbai. She moves into bad neighbourhood and is bailed out by a golden-hearted don jayanta Bhai played by Vivek Oberoi. Soon Jayantabhai falls in love with Simran.
